Privacy Policy

Data Architecture
NeetiQ is built on the principle that privacy is architecture, not policy. Client data does not leave the engagement boundary. Research queries are not used for model training. Contract data is not accessible across engagements. These are structural guarantees enforced at the system level.
Engagement-Level Isolation
All data processed through NeetiQ products is isolated at the engagement level. Matter data does not cross engagement boundaries. This isolation is implemented in the system architecture and is not dependent on contractual controls alone.
Data Residency
Client data is stored within the jurisdiction specified at the time of engagement. NeetiQ maintains sovereign data residency by architecture. Data does not transit through jurisdictions outside the engagement scope.
Model Training
Client documents, research queries, and engagement data are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve NeetiQ's models. This is a permanent architectural constraint, not a setting that can be changed.
Data Retention
Engagement data is retained only for the duration required to deliver the service. Upon engagement completion or at the client's request, data is permanently deleted from all systems. Deletion is verifiable and auditable.
Security
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access controls are enforced at the engagement level. System access is logged and auditable. NeetiQ maintains security practices consistent with the requirements of legal professional privilege and client confidentiality.
