Service Description
NeetiQ provides intelligence infrastructure for legal practice through its platform modules, including ContraRed (contract intelligence) and Smriti (litigation intelligence). Access to the platform is granted on a per-engagement basis following a demonstration and mutual agreement on scope.
Access and Use
Access to NeetiQ is provided under a service agreement tailored to the client's practice area, team size, and workflow requirements. Use of the platform is limited to the scope defined in the engagement agreement. Credentials are non-transferable and must not be shared outside the authorized team.
Intellectual Property
All client data remains the property of the client. NeetiQ does not claim any ownership interest in documents, research queries, or outputs generated through the platform. The NeetiQ platform, including its models, architecture, and interface, remains the intellectual property of NeetiQ.
Output Disclaimer
NeetiQ outputs are decision-support tools designed to assist qualified legal professionals. They do not constitute legal advice. All outputs should be reviewed by qualified counsel before reliance. NeetiQ does not guarantee the completeness or applicability of any output to a specific legal matter.
Availability
NeetiQ maintains commercially reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance. Service level commitments are defined in individual engagement agreements.
Limitation of Liability
NeetiQ's liability is limited to the fees paid under the applicable engagement agreement. NeetiQ is not liable for decisions made on the basis of platform outputs, which remain the responsibility of the qualified legal professional reviewing them.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
